MARKET ANALYSIS FOR DECEMBER
This is a recap of last month’s real estate activity for residential properties. As you review December 2011 vs. 2010, you will notice that inventories have decreased, days on the market are mixed and prices continue to be lower. With interest rates still tracking at the lowest rated in 30 years, it is a good time to refinance or buy investment properties.
